Lezlie Richards, Business Development Representative

Lezlie grew up in Arkansas and later moved to Iowa. She has an extensive background in marketing, advertising and retail management. She was most recently the Executive Sales and Marketing Manager for DEX, an internet marketing company. Prior to that, she was an Assistant District Manager for the retail chain New York & Company, overseeing 13 stores in the area! Lezlie recently moved to the Southside and resides in Bargersville with her husband and three children. “I look forward to working with a great company that possesses a winning attitude and a great team to back it!”
Belinda Farmer, Professional Recruiter

Belinda is a graduate of Oakland City University with a degree in Organizational Management. She has also received her Master’s degree in Adult Education from Capella University. Belinda joins us as our new Professional Recruiter in the Specialized Recruiting Group. She has over 7 years’ experience in staffing, recruiting, and human resource solutions. Before joining Express Employment Professionals, Belinda worked as Director of Career Services for a local college. Belinda currently resides in Franklin with her family.
Anna Tuley, Employment Specialist
Anna is a graduate of Franklin College with a Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology. Her fiancé and she currently reside in Franklin. Anna was the Front Office Coordinator for the Express Team for about 5 months last year, 2012. She then took a job at Brown Mackie College where she was the Assistant Director of Admissions before she rejoined our Express team at the beginning of 2013. “I am very excited to join the team again and have the chance to contribute to Express’ team in a new way. I am really looking forward to having the chance to place great associates with our great client companies.”

Ashley grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin but currently lives in the Southport area. Ashley has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from IUPUI in Marketing and Finance. Ashley is a recent graduate who obtained her degree in December of 2012. However, she has been with Express, part-time, since September 2011 when she started out as a Marketing and Recruiting intern. “I am most excited to finally start my professional career here at Express and have the chance to help my Express Team find good people to place at good jobs.”
Stacy Howard, Front Office Coordinator
Stacy grew up in Broad Ripple but currently resides in Greenwood with her six-year-old son. Stacy has an Associate’s of Science Degree in nursing from Ivy Tech Community College. Prior to coming to Express, Stacy worked at Saint Francis Hospital as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the Cancer Center. “I love the fast paced work environment of Express, and am really looking forward to helping Express help others in the long term.”
Melissa Eischeid, Business Development Specialist

Melissa Eischeid grew up in Greenwood and currently lives there with her husband and two children. She graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management.
Prior to joining the Express team, Eischeid worked in Medical Practice Management for 15 years for Community Hospitals and the American Health Network. For the past year and a half, she served as the Operations Manager at Easley Winery, located in downtown Indianapolis.
“I am so excited to be working back in my community for a wonderful company that helps employ people in our community,” Eischeid said.
Erin Pardue, Recruiting & Marketing Specialist
Erin is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications with a focus in marketing and advertising. Since graduation, Erin has worked in Marketing at a local casino, where she gained experience in advertising, direct mail, promotions and database management. Erin resides in her hometown of Indianapolis with her husband, Josh. “I really enjoyed the field experience I gained in my last position. I am looking forward to using that experience to help Express remain the premier employment service in Indianapolis” said Pardue.
Jill Crossen, Employment Specialist
Jill grew up in Greenwood and graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies. She also holds an MA in Public Relations from Ball State University. Before joining Express, Jill spent 6 years working in the market research field with a focus on human resources, marketing and project management. She is also an adjunct faculty member in the Advertising Department at The Art Institute Online. “I am excited to join this great team of people at Express, and to help good people find success in their job searches while meeting with needs of our clients.”
Jon Pickett, Employment Specialist
Jon grew up in Whiteland and graduated from Franklin College with a BA in Journalism. After eight years working in marketing and communications, he joined Express Employment Professionals in May 2011. “I’m thrilled to be part of a team that provides such a great service to the people of the community in which I grew up. It is very rewarding to help good people find good jobs in Johnson County and the Southside of Indianapolis.”

Michelle grew up in Franklin, IN and graduated from Franklin Community High School. Michelle went to IUPUI and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Prior to working at Express, Michelle worked with the Daily Journal for 6 years as an Advertising Executive. She is now an Employment Specialist on the Administrative/Professional side. She lives in Franklin in with her husband, daughter & two dogs. “I am honored to be a part of the Express team. I’m looking forward to helping good people find great jobs with prominent companies here on the Southside!”
